With more than 34 years of experience supporting people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, founder Kelly Hartman has a passion for supporting life change. From her early days as a DSP in a group home and through every position and level to CEO of Insights Consulting for 27 years, she has learned a great deal about the I/DD service delivery system in Indiana.
